Seven Habits of People Who Love Life

Seven Habits
of People Who Love Life
"We don't fear death. What we fear is coming to the end of our lives, and realizing that we never lived."
-Rabbi Kushner

It is true that we will all die, but the question is how will we spend our days? Are we fidgeting over "moles and varmits," or glorying, year by year, in the daffodils?
We live in a world where heads turn when we are in the company of someone "famous." "Is that him or her," we whisper with incredulity.

But it doesn't compare to being in the presence of someone who simply, loves life. I find invaluable joy in the presence of someone who lives out loud. Who knows that playing the right notes is secondary to hearing the music. Who live life fully alive. What are the habits--the practices--of such a man or women?

Join Terry on this video tape that talks about the seven habits of people who love life:
  • Know that life is sacred. Become intoxicated with the world around me.
  • Understand that growth is a journey.
  • Affirm that my success doesn't require that I arrive.
  • Learn to want what I already hold.
  • Give no heed to public opinion.
  • Practice the art of doing nothing - Be embraced by moments of grace.
  • Allow the child in me a wide berth – Understand that laughter is prayer.
  • Delight in my friends.

This is a great tape for personal use, or for class use to facilitate group discussion.
